Daugherty Business Solutions was a rapidly expanding consulting firm that was outgrowing their small executive suite space with Regus in the 8400 Normandale Tower in Bloomington.
SOLUTION

Jim flew down to the company’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis to get a feel for the client’s culture and requirements.

Jim brought with him an architect who could design the space that would meet the needs of the company.
RESULTS

Jim helped Daugherty relocate as they were expanding to a full floor at the 8500 Tower and completed a creative lease with future expansion space.

Jim brought in architecture, construction and project management to design and build Daugherty’s new office space.

The architect designed an open, collaborative space including a large training room and video conference room.

Working in a tight time frame to accommodate Daugherty’s schedule, construction completed the tenant improvement project in just seven weeks.

We did this with 5 years left on the lease and were able to get very favorable econimc terms and lease flexibility for future growth.

Daugherty also used Jim in their expansion into the markets of Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and Atlanta.
